My name is Kristen Kendall. My husband and I own the home at 229 Leventis Lane. I've been so impressed with the caliber of worksmanship that I'd like to take a moment of your time to consider using Wright's Home Improvement for any of your improvement needs. Mr. Wright has recently completed a very large Trex deck for our home. He was one of 3 contractors I initially interviewed for the project. He is a Trex certified builder. The deck is absolutely beautiful. Mr. Wright is very professional and fair. With the free estimate he also provided a CAD drawing of the proposed deck. He and his team were on the time and polite. Mr. Wright is a perfectionist and will give you honest answers of what actually will work and look good instead of simply giving you "whatever you want". IN my opinion, often the homeowner does not know what is right, to code, etc.. which is why I took the time to research and employ a knowledgeable professional for the job. I can say that I was happy Mr. Wright sad no to a few of my initial requests for using old materials for the new railing. His opinion expressed concern for the overall look and quality of the job as his professional reputation was also at stake. Unlike some contractors who hardly ever visit a job site, Mr. Wright was working the job alongside his team throughout the entire project. It was very evident that he was in charge and had a clear timetable for efficient completion of the project. One other thing I very much appreciated was that he handled everything. Every detail from a small demolition, to constructing the deck, painting, electric, finishing touches, and future optional additions, were included in the quote. In addition he kept the job site quite clean. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. I just really believe good people and good work should be accurately praised and spread by word of mouth. Skip Wright and his crew did a great job rebuilding our deck. We love how it looks. In addition to helping with the design, Skip identified and corrected problems with the existing structure to ensure that we would not face the same issues in the future. His attention to detail, use of quality materials and willingness to consider our input have given us a deck that we can enjoy for it's beauty and structural integrity for years to come. Mr. Wright completed a deck renovation for us in July 2013. From beginning to end he presented himself very professionally. On his initial visit he assessed the problems with the existing deck and stairs, made suggestions and was attentive to our thoughts and questions. We were pretty sure we wanted Trex decking and he provided samples, explained the differences and also provided sample railing. Mr. Wright has a thorough knowledge of Trex decking and Trex specifications for installation. He takes pride in his work and is especially proud of his unique stair design. The sunroom and deck are finally completed! We love the outcome!! What started out with taking a preexisting back porch and deck to create a larger screened in porch and smaller deck, turned into a sunroom and deck. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Wright has been professional. During the initial visit, he listened to what we wanted and made suggestions of what he thought would be best to achieve what we wanted. In addition, as the project progressed, when we wanted changes, he would express his rationale for whether the suggestion would work or what would work better, which helped us make the best final decision.

The workmanship that went into the project was second to none. Much of what he and his crew did was beyond what was required. One day, our exterminator was present for his regular visit. He moonlights doing construction work. He commented on how professional the job was and pointed out specifics. That helped us to know that Wright's Home Improvement was a excellent choice.

The final product is more than what we had anticipated. We look forward to years of having lots of fun and making many memories in our new addition. We would readily choose Mr. Wright again, and recommend Wright's Home Improvement to anyone who wants home improvement done right.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with all of the work Wright's Home Improvements has done on our home for the last 12 months. After completing a beautiful sixty-five foot long deck on the back of our house, which included redesigning with improved support and drainage, we considered the job very professionally done.

Mr. Wright returned later to repair some minor damage in a bedroom and discovered a considerable amount of water damage from a previously unknown pipe leak. The leak involved damage and repair to both floors of our house, including two kitchen areas and a bedroom. This involved dismantling both kitchens plus a bedroom wall, and window frame replacement.

Today, it is impossible to tell that these areas of our home were ever disturbed. The entire work crew was very courteous and professional. In addition, Mr. Wright was extremely helpful to us in providing electricians, plumbers, cabinet makers, etc. to assure that the entire repair job was correctly done.

Our insurance company informed us that the cost of the repairs was very reasonable, and the insurance paid all of the claim except the deductible. Again, Mr. Wright was instrumental in securing this claim for us.

The work was exceptional and beautifully and quickly accomplished, and we are pleased to recommend this company of any size and type of job.

We are truly pleased with the outcome of our deck and new sunroom. You and your associates did a fantastic job converting the former screened in porch into the sunroom and replacing the old wooden deck with the Trex composite decking. The sunroom and Trex deck met all of our expectations.

Thanks for contacting the builder of our house to ensure the construction was in compliance with this architectural requirements.
